Our client is a leading company in the hospitality and catering industry.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all payroll-related records are updated accordingly;
- Calculate salaries accurately and address any payroll-related discrepancies or issues;
- Monitor and compile monthly payroll reports for internal review and record-keeping;
- Respond to employee queries regarding payslips and provide clear and timely assistance;
- Prepare FS5 forms and ensure the timely submission of FS7 forms through the relevant online system;
- Provide support with additional payroll-related duties as required.
Experience
- O’ Level standard of education;
- Previous experience of 1–2 years in a payroll-related role;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with Excel proficiency considered essential;
- Familiarity with Indigo payroll software will be considered an advantage;
- Fluency in both Maltese and English, written and spoken.
