Our client is an established corporate service provider.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Attend corporate client meetings and the keeping of minutes;
- Maintain company registers;
- Co-ordinate and handle day-to-day client requests in relation to their companies;
- Prepare and submit statutory filings as well as perform other statutory obligations as is required of a company secretary;
- Liaise with lawyers, accountants, auditors and other service providers on behalf of the corporate clients;
- Collect and verify due diligence conducted as part of our know your client procedures.
Experience
- Have a good understanding of Maltese company law and the role of a company secretary;
- Have excellent written and spoken English;
- Be computer literate with a good knowledge of Office applications.

- Proven skill in managing multiple tasks independently and taking the lead;
- Be attentive to detail;
- Have excellent communication skills, with people at all levels in the company;
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude;
